Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 4, 2026
This privacy policy explains how Jumpo (the "App"), a mobile game developed by SixtyFour Labs, handles your personal data. By using the App you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. In short
- Jumpo does not ask you to create an account and does not collect personal information such as your name or email.
- Your game progress (Volts, unlocked levels, outfits, settings) is stored only locally on your device.
- The App shows rewarded ads through Google AdMob to generate revenue. Ads only open when you press a button for a reward. Ad providers may process some device and usage data to serve and measure ads.
2. Data we collect
We do not directly collect any personal data. All progress data the game saves is kept in your device's local storage and is never sent to our servers (we do not run any servers for the game).
Through the ads in the App, our third-party advertising partners may process the following kinds of data:
- Advertising ID (Android Advertising ID / device identifiers)
- Device information (model, operating system version, language, approximate IP-based location/country)
- Ad interactions (impressions, clicks) and fraud prevention signals
3. Ads and third parties
The App uses the Google AdMob advertising service provided by Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC. To learn how AdMob processes data:
4. Your consent (Europe / GDPR)
For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the App shows a consent screen on first launch through Google's consent management platform (UMP). There you can choose personalised or non-personalised ads. You can update your choice later from the "Privacy settings" link in the game's main menu.
5. Resetting your advertising ID
You can reset your advertising ID or turn off personalised ads in your Android device under Settings → Privacy → Ads.
6. Children
Jumpo is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us.
7. Data retention and security
Your local progress data stays on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the App. Data processed by advertising partners is subject to their own policies and retention periods.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (GDPR, KVKK, etc.), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your data. For requests about ad data you can use the Google links above; for other questions please contact us.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Updates are published on this page and the "Last updated" date changes.
